Yes, this is the most common configuration. Install the WP Mail SMTP plugin (free) and enter the SMTP credentials provided. WooCommerce order confirmation, password recovery and notification emails will be sent through our professional relay.
SPF (Sender Policy Framework) specifies which servers are authorised to send email for your domain. DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) digitally signs each email to verify its authenticity. DMARC defines the authentication policy and enables reports. We configure everything for your domain.
Yes, our SMTP relay is suitable for sending newsletters and marketing communications, as long as emails are requested (opt-in) and comply with anti-spam regulations. Sending to non-consented lists is not permitted.
You will receive a notification before reaching the limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time from the client area. Additional sends exceeding the plan will be blocked until the monthly renewal or upgrade.
